I always enjoy Chelinos.The food is always good and the service is always adequate. They consistently meet expectations.

Curbside does not mean curbside if they are busy. If you order online and want a refund then it has to be done online. Good luck getting them on the phone.

Great service and very authentic taste! My father, mother, and I were seated quickly and the food came out in less than 10 minutes. I got the Chimichanga dinner and it was amazing! It was fried very well and it tastes even better with guacamole on top! My mother got Nachos and my father got enchiladas, they both also enjoyed their meals. Recommend 10/10

Not that impressed I've had better. now the margarita was delicious but the chlie rellenos was not at all what I'm use to or expected it just didn't taste that of which it should of. And it doesn't seem as if it was made fresh because of not after maybe 5mins it was at the table already way to quick to have food presented. It's good that service is fast but not when food isn't fresh.

It used to be great food and service, but this last visit wasn't so. Food was good, but our waiter seemed to disappear and never come back. We finally had to ask for help from the manager.

My cheese enchiladas didn't melt all the way. It was a to go order so it had plenty of time to warm the cheese!.b so I got to see how they made my cheese enchiladas, I should had known, they took a corn tortillas and a block of whole cheese

This has become my favorite Mexican food restaurant to eat at. The food has always been great and the service is always friendly and good. Much better than all the other options and prices are fair too.

This is one of a chain of restaurants. They have the best of the Mexico border food. They have Caldo Pescada. A very good fish and shrimp soup. It was a cold dreary day. Really hit the spot. In all the times we have eaten there I have always been delighted, and very economical too.

I’ve always loved this place but haven’t been in awhile. Since we’re on lockdown, I decided to order in and I wasn’t disappointed. I took a bit and did a happy dance. I had 3 orders and they were huge just like eating on the inside. Will order in home again.

Food was horrible! Salsa and queso taste fresh out the grocery store, I ordered the fish and shrimp soup it taste like they just booked fish and shrimp and added a few stewed tomatoes at the end for color no spices, no flavor no nothing same with my grandfather's shrimp tacos. It was his idea to go there and even he was offended by the taste. Then we were the only blacks in the building I watched as countless families went to the front of the restaurant to pay at the counter yet our waitress demanded we pay at our table. Now my grandfather is a very passive man and wouldn't allow me to speak up at the restaurant but he can't stop me on my Google reviews. Now I'm going to take my leftover soup and add some cumin, chili powder, onion powder garlic, limes and red pepper flakes and tomato bullion and see what becomes of it.

I dont know what happened, but this place has gotten pretty bad now. This used to be a great restaurant, now its run down and needs alot of help.

I am never disappointed when I eat here with my wife. The food is always delicious and comes from the kitchen HOT like I like it. The staff is very friendly, always appears clean and is welcoming. I really enjoy eating off the "authentic" portion of the menu; the "Alan" was delicious last Sunday. I highly recommend eating here. The margaritas are always delicious!!!!!!

I hate to not love a Chelino’s but this place is bad... we went and the waitress never refilled our drinks, was no where to be seen. The food was cold and old. My cheese on my cheese enchiladas was still stringy and hard and cold. I had them remake it but it still was barely warm enough to eat. If you want Chelino’s, go to the one at 89th and Western or the one on grand and walker in south OKC. I have NEVER gotten bad food there.

Great service and Wonderful food! Love the atmosphere! The jalepanoes were hands down the best I've had and so was my meal! I ordered the Nino's enchiladas! Will be back for sure!

So we ordered take out twice in one week. The second time because we had free meals from the first mess up. DONT ORDER TAKE OUT THEY WILL NOT START YOUR FOOD UNTIL YOU GET THERE🤯. The first night waited over and hour and then next time we ordered at lunch and the “manager” was rude said I called my order in in the morning, it was 40 min earlier. We waited to pick up because we had waited so long the first time. She then argued with me and would not put the order in until I was angry and done at that point. They obviously don’t understand the concept of take out or are too cheap to provide a good service so they are okay making you wait. There are way too many restaurants that need business to put up with this!!!

Ordered pickup for 5 people called 45 mins ahead of time arrived and was told they gave my order away. I did not have time to wait for it to be made again so left with no order.

The whole experience was good. Ty Chelino, great service and great authentic food too.

Good food. They had only a small section open for seating. Good cleaning practices. Food was decently portioned. I ordered Taco salad with ground beef. Excellent choice.

Servings are generous, staff is friendly, food is delicious, beer is ice cold, price is also nice.

My food is never right, the people are rude and if you ask them to fix their mistake they will argue with you until you feel like you're in the twilight zone. Getting diarrhea from taco bell would honestly be more pleasant and you'd save about $30...

Went to Chelinos on Reno and Sooner yesterday the staff was extremely rude and like to make rude and racsist comments about there customers in Spanish. I confronted a cashier about making statements about me to other employees in Spanish. I speak Spanish and the cashier was shocked when I spoke to her in her native tongue. I demanded a full refund and will never return to Chelinos again.

Overall a good restaurant. Great price for the amount of food I received. Everything was cooked well and tasted good. Decor does need updating. Seats were well worn in. I'd go back.

Definitely one of are Family's FAVORITE'S Mexican Restaurant's that's local. Their food is very good & the employees are SO FRIENDLY!! We go out for B-day dinners for our G-kids & it's 9 out of 10 place's they pick I need to make a collage of ALL the pic's with the Famous sombrero hat!! Just Overall they treat you like FAMILY!!! So yes my Opinion is it's a AMAZING FAMILY Restaurant.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ From my Family to yours!!! 😁

I would never go to this place again. The food was horrible. I choked down what I could. But just need up wasting alot of money on some barely warm food that had no taste. Definably will Not be going back. EVER!!!!!!

Decided to eat here but won't be back because of the service. Waited almost 20 minutes in a empty restaurant to take orders. Ordered the carne asada fries and it was delicious but the service was horrible.

Been eating here for 20 years, but got sick after eating lunch yesterday. I'll be back, but in like 6 months after the stinky cook gets himself fired. 😆

Stopped by on Tuesday May 19, 2020 about 1:40 in the afternoon. I was quickly seated and the service was good (as always) however, I notice they have increased their prices. The first tip off was the new menus. The three item combo was $9.99. And while the price had only increased to $10.50, it should be noted that the food sizes have decreased. For that reason, I only rate them 3 stars. I understand that sometimes you have to raise your prices, but when you both raise prices AND cut down portions, that is a bit dishonest. Raise you prices and be bold about it, but don't secretly cut prices by making portions smaller. But overall, their quality has been slipping over the past 3 years that I have been eating there. They are working on going the Cocina DeMino route. (who went from the best to worst mexican in a few short years.) I guess I will be looking for a new mexican restaurant.

This is my favorite Mexican Restaurant ever. I eat here as often as I can. Great Food, great staff, pretty plants.

This is the only Mexican food restaurant that I will even eat at. Wonderful food wait staff are great and attentive.
